The fischer hollow-ceiling anchor FHY is an internal threaded anchor made from zinc-plated and stainless steel. The FHY is ideal for the anchoring of pipelines, cable trays, and ventilation systems in pre-stressed concrete hollow slabs both inside and outside. The general building approval and classification as per fire resistance class R 120 ensure added safety. The hollow-ceiling anchor is set in the drill hole by hand in a pre-positioned installation and is driven in flush to the surface of the building material using a hammer. The easy installation saves time. The embossed edge prevents the anchor sleeve from slipping deeper into the cavity, which makes the installation process easier. When the torque is applied, the cone is pulled into the expansion sleeve. This expands in the cavity and braces itself against the wall of the drill hole in the solid building material.
